Service Coordination Officer

Responsibilities

• To develop, plan and implement various programmes of EM services, including the development, planning, preparation, implementation and review of the existing and new projects.
• To communicate with service heads, professional and project team(s) in relation to service operation and implementation of projects.
• To assist in planning and implementation of courses sponsored or undertaken by the UNC and be responsible for designing and supervising the quality assurance of each course.
• To supervise the Programme Workers.
• To provide administrative support in relation of service operation and implementation.
• To facilitate Service Coordinators from different service points, including Kwun Tong Service Point, On Tai Service Point, Ngau Tau Kok Service Point, To Kwa Wan Service Point, and Oi Man Service Point. 
• To prepare statistical reports, correspondence with the centers and external parties
• To be responsible for assisting the Deputy Centre-in-Charge in liaising with government departments and relevant organizations on issues related to service operation.
• To prepare funding applications or proposals for the continued implementation of existing programs or for the development of new services.
• To perform any other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• University Graduate or equivalent in Social Science discipline. 
• Preferably with two years' solid relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with Service Coordinators and Programme Workers.
• High multicultural sensitivity.
• Independent, proactive, and good team player.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in computer applications, e.g. Google cloud system, Jira, MS Office.
