"Desi Power" is an adventure training program that targets educational institutions as its primary clients, to foster participants’ personal growth and enhance participants' professional skills in the field of adventure-based training.
「起動歷」是以中小學與社福機構為對象的歷奇訓練計劃，旨在促進個人成長與裝備相關技能。
“Desi Power” centered around adventure activities and career development, aimed at narrowing the divide between socially and economically disadvantaged individuals and the wider mainstream society, such as non-Chinese speaking (NCS) students and those with special educational needs (SEN). The program includes certification courses for "Low Event Challenge" offered by the Challenge Course Association of Hong Kong (CCAHK), as well as an associate instructor course. Upon completion of the training, qualified participants may become associate instructors in the program, which can serve as a stepping stone to explore the recreational activities industry and advance their career prospects. The majority of our workshop facilitators come from backgrounds in either NCS or SEN.
「起動歷」以歷奇活動與生涯規劃為主軸，又以減少弱勢社群與主流社會的差距為目標。透過這計劃，非華語學生(NCS)與具特殊學習需要(SEN)的學生將接受中國香港挑戰網陣協會(CCAHK)的低結構技術證書及一級教練課程。完成訓練後的參加者，部份將獲邀成為計劃的助教，以助他們踏上康樂事業之路。透過體驗式學習，學員不單獲得帶領歷奇活動的技巧，更有助於探索未來發展的前路。亦因此在我們的助理教練中，大部份都具有非華語或特殊學習需要的背景。
Free Tasting Workshop 免費歷奇工作坊
Education institutions or NGOs serving NCS or SEN students may apply for a FREE adventure onsite workshop, to serve up to 120 students. Please make an appointment via email (enquiry@unc.org.hk) with following details:

Educational institutions or NGOs interested in participating in the program can submit applications for the training courses listed below. Upon completing the Associate Instructor Training, eligible individuals will have the opportunity to become associate instructors for Desi Power's training programs.
Challenge Course Association of Hong Kong — Low Event Challenge Technical Certification Course (TC, 16 hours)
Age requirement: 14 years and above
Minimum number of participants: 12 individuals
Challenge Course Association of Hong Kong — Low Event Challenge Associate Instructor Course (AI, 40 hours)
Age requirement: 18 years and above
Minimum number of participants: 12 individuals
Required: Completion of "Certification Course"
Participants with backgrounds involving non-Chinese students (NCS) or special educational needs (SEN) can join for FREE.

各院校或機構可為對象報讀「起動歷」主辦的歷奇訓練。參加者在完成一級教練課程並合格結業後，有機會成為「起動歷」的教練參與訓練工作。
